Many of the requests we get from Jerusalem are for a small unit: a small apartment in Nachlaot or Rehavia with no storage room in the building, students between semesters, a young couple whose second room just became the nursery, or a family whose holiday decorations, sukkah and suitcases have taken over the boidem.
That is exactly why we added the EXTRA SMALL unit: 0.9 by 2.2 metres, ₪199 a month, room for about 35 boxes. Above it, SMALL at ₪480 for about 80 boxes, the size of a studio. The unit is private and locked just like the big ones, and you can move to another size at any time.
Jerusalem apartments are small and expensive, and a storage room in the building is a luxury most older buildings do not offer. These are the situations that bring people to us:
Rule of thumb: a studio fits a SMALL, a two-bedroom a MEDIUM, a three-bedroom a LARGE and a four-bedroom an EXTRA LARGE. If only part of the home goes into storage, go one size down.
