Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy applies to the purchase of packaging products in the online store on this website. It forms part of the Terms of Use of the website.

Collection only, no delivery

Green Storage does not provide a delivery or shipping service for packaging products. Orders are collected by the customer at the branch selected during the order, at the Kiryat Anavim branch near Jerusalem or at the Kibbutz Yakum branch in the Sharon, during that branch’s opening hours and after the order has been confirmed. Nothing needs to be sent to us or by us, and no return is made by post.

Cancelling a transaction

The cancellation of a transaction is carried out in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the regulations enacted under it.

Please state in the cancellation notice your full name, telephone number, email address, the details of the transaction and the order number if one exists. We may ask for a further identifying detail.

Returning products

Products may be returned provided that they are returned in a sound, complete and unused condition, in their original packaging as far as possible, and subject to the provisions of the law. Products are returned to the branch at which the order was collected, by prior arrangement with us.

We may deduct cancellation fees or other costs to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds

A refund, where due, will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, subject to the provisions of the law. Once we have received and examined the returned products we will notify you that the return has been received and whether the refund has been approved.

Faulty or incorrect products

If a product reached you faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund you, at your choice and subject to the provisions of the law. In such a case no cancellation fee will be charged.

Storage services

This policy applies to the purchase of packaging products only. The cancellation of an engagement for storage services or for the rental of a storage unit is carried out in accordance with the storage or rental agreement signed between the customer and the Company, and not under this policy.
