Terms of Use

General

  1. The website greenstorage.co.il (“the Website”) is owned and operated by Harpat HaYeshana Ltd. (“the Site Owner” or “we”). These Terms of Use shall govern the relationship between the Site Owner and any individual and/or entity using the Website via computer and/or mobile phone and/or any other device (“the User” or “you”).
  2. The User declares that he has carefully read these Terms of Use and agrees to them. It is hereby clarified that any use of the Website, including any action taken on the Website, constitutes the User’s consent to these Terms of Use and confirmation of all that is stated herein, and the User shall have no claim and/or demand against the Site Owner in connection with these Terms of Use.
  3. If the User does not agree with any of these Terms of Use, the User must refrain from making any use of the Website, and shall have no claim and/or demand in connection with the Website and/or any such use.
  4. The Site Owner may update and/or change and/or add to and/or delete from these Terms of Use from time to time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Such changes shall apply from the moment they are published on the Website.
  5. These Terms of Use are written in the masculine form for convenience only but apply equally to all genders.
  6. In order to purchase lessons and/or courses and/or programs on the Website, the User must provide contact details – full name, email address, and phone number.
  7. Purchases on the Website may only be made by Users aged 18 and above, holding a valid Israeli ID and a valid credit card issued in Israel.
  8. Cancellation of a transaction shall be carried out in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981. A cancellation notice may be submitted to the Site Owner in one of the following ways:

      The cancellation notice must include the User’s name and ID number, and if the cancellation is given by phone – an additional identifying detail.
  9. Submitting your details on the Website constitutes registration to the Website’s mailing list and constitutes the User’s consent to receive marketing materials from the Site Owner to the phone number and/or email address provided.
  10. Notwithstanding such consent, the User may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each marketing message sent, and/or by sending a refusal notice to the Site Owner by email to office.greenstorage@gmail.com, and/or by any other method offered in the marketing message.
  11. Copying, duplicating, distributing, publishing, or otherwise using the contents and/or materials displayed on the Website without prior written permission from the Site Owner is strictly prohibited.
  12. These Terms of Use shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute between the parties in connection with the Website and/or these Terms of Use and/or arising therefrom.

Content

  1. The Website provides general information regarding storage rental services, including details on branches, costs, and conditions. Actual rental of a storage unit is not carried out on the Website but only following a conversation with a representative and subject to a formal rental agreement.
  2. In addition, the Website enables the online purchase of packaging products, including cartons, plastic wraps, tape, adhesive, and related packaging products (“the Products”).
  3. Images, descriptions, and information on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Differences may exist between the Products or services in practice and the information displayed on the Website, and the Site Owner does not guarantee that the information will be complete, accurate, or up-to-date at all times.
  4. The information on the Website, both regarding rental services and packaging products, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding commitment or representation on behalf of the Site Owner.
  5. Any use of, or reliance on, the information displayed on the Website is at the User’s sole responsibility. The Site Owner shall bear no responsibility for any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of such use or reliance.
  6. The Site Owner reserves the right to update, change, or remove Products, services, and content on the Website at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

  1. The Site Owner shall not be liable for any use made of the Website by the User. The User shall bear sole and exclusive responsibility for such use, including responsibility for any damage that may be caused to him and/or to anyone on his behalf as a result of such use, including for violation of any law and/or any provision of these Terms of Use. The User agrees and declares that the Site Owner shall not bear any responsibility for any such use, including any resulting damage.
  2. The User undertakes that any message, information, text, and/or any other material published or sent by him shall be appropriate and shall not infringe upon the rights of any other person, including intellectual property rights and copyrights. The User shall not upload to the Website any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, racist, or otherwise offensive material, or any material that violates privacy and/or public order, or that may harm and/or harass others.
  3. The User undertakes to indemnify and compensate the Site Owner for any damage and/or loss and/or expense incurred, including legal expenses, as a result of a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any act and/or omission by the User.
  4. The Site Owner may remove any information and/or content and/or material and may refrain from publishing it, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or justification.

1. General

1.1. This Privacy Policy accompanies the Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) of the website [greenstorage.co.il], operated by Harpat HaYeshana Ltd. (together, “we,” “the Website,” and “the Site Owner”).
1.2. The Site Owner respects the privacy of the users of the Website (“the User” and “you”). Accordingly, we will not use any personal information (“Information” – as defined below), except in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.3. You are under no legal obligation to provide us with information about yourself, and providing such information is subject to your consent and choice. However, without it, we may not be able to provide you with access to the services or to ensure an optimal user experience on the Website. Therefore, if you do not agree with the terms of this document, or if you object to the Site Owner (including its suppliers, as detailed in Section 4.2) processing information about you, please refrain from using the services, including browsing the Website or any other use. In addition, you may submit a request to exercise your rights as detailed in Section 5.
1.4. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to clarify and explain our privacy practices, including the way we collect and use information provided to us and/or collected by us during your use of the Website. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Website and/or those who provide us with information, and to all information provided to us and/or collected by us, whether via computer or any other device (mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

2. Collection of Information

2.1. We may collect and store information about users of the Website, whether provided by you or collected by us as a result of and/or in connection with your use of the Website (hereinafter, “the Information”).
2.2. The Information consists of two types, as detailed below, and includes any analysis and/or processing thereof:
2.2.1. “Active Information” – Information: (a) provided to us by you for various purposes (registration to the Website, completing forms, contacting customer service, or any other purpose); and (b) information collected by us from other sources. Such information may include, inter alia, name, address, ID number, email, phone number, profile picture, as well as details of your personal preferences and habits required for our legitimate business purposes. It is clarified that you are not obligated in any way to provide us with such details, but failure to do so may limit our ability to provide personalized services.
If you provide us with information about other people (e.g., a family member), you must notify us before doing so, and you must also bring this Privacy Policy to their attention and obtain their prior consent for the use of their information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2.2.2. “Passive Information” – Information collected without being actively provided by you or a third party (such as: the type of browser you are using, information about the computer or device used to access the Website, your IP address, your preferred websites and content, etc.). The Website may include and/or use various tracking technologies and applications, such as cookies. These applications enable the collection of information about you (including information regarding your personal preferences), for purposes such as proper Website operation, tailoring the Website to your personal preferences, improving services to users, statistical analysis, improving our services, verifying details submitted via the Website, information security, and more. In some cases, the activation of such applications may require your consent; however, it is clarified that not in all cases will such consent be requested. By accessing and continuing to use the Website, you consent to the use of cookies as set out above, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2.3. The Site Owner may collect and store all information (both active and passive) in any manner and for any duration it chooses, at its sole discretion. You agree that we may include the Information in one or more of the databases under our ownership and/or management.
2.4. We will retain the Information as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes permitted under this Privacy Policy or for a longer period as required by applicable law or regulatory guidelines.

Nevertheless, you may revoke your consent to receive promotional material at any time by submitting a written request to our customer service or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional email sent by us. Any such request will take effect no later than seven business days after its receipt by us. For the avoidance of doubt, revoking your consent to receive promotional materials does not affect our right to use the Information for the purposes listed in Sections 3.1.1 – 3.1.5 above.

4. Transfer of Information to Third Parties

4.1. We will ensure that the Information stored by us will be subject to the provisions of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, its regulations, and any applicable law.
4.2. The Information will be stored in our databases and will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, except for transfers to our suppliers and/or entities working with us who provide us with various services that involve access to and/or processing of personal data that we are permitted to perform ourselves, such as issuing invoices, debt collection, data processing, marketing, advertising, customer service, digital and e-commerce services, courier and mail services, IT services, payment processing, surveyors, and marketing consultants.
4.3. Notwithstanding the above, we may transfer Information, including personal data, to third parties without your consent in the following cases:
4.3.1. Disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to you or to third parties;
4.3.2. Disclosure is required by law and/or a judicial order;
4.3.3. You have violated the Terms of Use or attempted to perform unlawful actions;
4.3.4. Disclosure is required in legal proceedings involving us;
4.3.5. In the event of a merger and/or restructuring of our company or merger of our activities with those of a third party and/or in connection with any transfer of our business;
4.3.6. Transfer of information to advertisers regarding topics we believe may interest you.

5. Access to Information

If you wish to exercise your legal rights, you may contact us at any time to review the information relating to you that is held in our databases. In addition, you may request, subject to and in accordance with applicable law, the correction and/or deletion of such information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may retain in our databases information collected independently by us and/or information not used for contacting you (such as information necessary or useful for our business activities), subject to applicable law.

6. Data Security

6.1. We implement systems and procedures for data security and take reasonable precautions in line with industry standards, including physical and electronic security measures, including those applied by data processors on our behalf. While the Website and the Information are well secured, we cannot guarantee that the Information and all included services are completely immune from unauthorized access. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not gain access to the Information. Therefore, we shall not be liable for any damage caused to you as a result of unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse of Information during its transfer.
6.2. We store the Information within the State of Israel and in other countries in accordance with privacy laws applicable in Israel. The Information may also be subject to the laws of the country in which it is stored or processed. 7. Use of the Website by Children

We attach special importance to protecting the privacy of minors (under the age of 18). We do not knowingly collect or use personal information of minors through the Website. Minors using the Website are required to inform us in advance of their status as minors and provide us with parental or guardian authorization prior to submitting information on their behalf. In any case, if it comes to your attention that your minor relative has provided information through the Website, please contact us to request deletion of such information.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. The governing law regarding this Privacy Policy and the use of the Website shall be the laws of the State of Israel only (whether the use of the Website is made within Israel or abroad).
8.2. The exclusive jurisdiction in connection with this Privacy Policy and the use of the Website shall be vested in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
